- Online Video Courses and Meditations: Non-refundable
- Mentoring Sessions:
- Booking only with pre-payment.
- Cancellation within 24 hours: 100% fee billed, but a new appointment can be booked for the price of the service already paid if it happens for the first time.
- Cancellation within 24 hours (not for the first time): 100% fee billed, and a new appointment can be booked after paying the no-show fee and the next appointment fee.
- No-show: 100% fee billed, and a new appointment can be booked after paying the no-show fee and the next appointment fee.
- Cancellation within 72 hours for the first time: 50% fee billed, or a new appointment can be booked for the price of the service already paid.
- Cancellation within 72 hours (not for the first time): 100% fee billed, and a new appointment can be booked after paying the no-show fee and the next appointment fee.
- Cancellation within a week: Full refund or the option to book another appointment for the price of the service already paid.
6. Privacy and Security
Privacy Policy: We handle user data in compliance with GDPR. We do not store customers’ bank card details, which are processed by Stripe and PayPal. User data stored on the website is handled securely. For newsletter subscriptions, we use Mailerlite. Registered users will receive announcements about the site via email, but no marketing emails.
Third-Party Information Sharing: We use Google Analytics for website analytics.
